In view of such, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 25.04.2014, is hereby confirmed on the same terms in connection with complaint Case No. 3250 of 2012 Tr. No. 3105 of 2013 pending before the Sub-Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
