The petitioners, Ramprit Rai, Ramdayal Rai and Bhubneshwar Rai @ Bhuneshwar Rai, apprehend their arrest in Saraiya P.S. Case No. 85/13 registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant named Nagendra Rai and Bindeshwari Rai and alleged that they kidnapped his daughter Khushboo Kumari in collusion with the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the victim returned and she did not name the petitioners. The victim disclosed that Nagendra Rai and Bindeshwari Rai forcibly kidnapped her, took her to Kolkata and thereafter to Tamilnadu. Considering the facts that the victim did not disclose
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5216 of 2015 (2) dt.06-02-2015 2/2 the names of the petitioners as her kidnappers, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in Saraiya P.S.
