The petitioner no. 1 being sister-in-law of the informant and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are parents of petitioner no. 1 are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 224, 354 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of assault and snatching gold chain. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that specific accusation of assault and snatching the gold chain is against Dablu Kumar and Vicky Kumar. It is submitted that petitioners earlier lodged a case against the informant and her husband.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6023 of 2015 (2) dt.13-02-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 871 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
