Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No.73 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable u/s 366(A) of the IPC.

As per the F.I.R., daughter of the informant has been kidnapped by the owners of three mobile number holders, which is mentioned in the F.I.R.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He is not named in the F.I.R. and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner and he is neighbour of the informant and due to local politics, he has been implicated in this case. He has no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that after the recovery of the victim, her statement was recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C., in which, she has supported the prosecution case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the statement of the victim u/s 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected. 7.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
