The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A and 385 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of taking away the minor daughter of the informant and establishment of forceful physical relationship.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for occurrence of 27.07.2013, F.I.R. was registered on 06.09.2013 and 164 Cr. P.C. statement of the victim reflects that she resided with the petitioner of her own.

The aforesaid facts constitute good grounds for consideration of prayer for regular bail if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6168 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2 / 2 date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Bachwara P.S. Case No. 276 of 2013 pending in the court of the learned C.J.M.
