2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 861 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 05.06.2023. He further submits that one person has died for the petitioner side.

4. The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the prosecution side in which three persons have sustained grievous injury. One person has died for the accused side in which there is a counter case.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52720 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 861 of 2022.
