For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs commanding the respondent authorities to take the necessary action against the complain presented by the petitioner to take a proper action in the matter appointing the petitioner on the post of Anganbadi Sevika, in Semri Village ward No. 11 of Karup Panchayat under Block- Sheosagar,

II. For issuance of further writ asking the respondent authorities as to on what circumstances the appointment of the private respondent on the said post has been made even the application about her forgery was highlighted by the present petitioner in the year 2017 itself even before the selection of the private respondent upon the said post.

III. For a further direction be issued to the authorities to get the petitioner appointed on the said post treating her the most eligible candidate as she was the second as merit wise in number."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
