The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kharik P.S. Case No. 12 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that his daughter was traceless, he suspected that the petitioners killed her and threw her dead body in a river.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is co-villager of the son-in-law of the informant. The petitioner has no manner of concern with the family affairs of the daughter of the informant and her in-laws. No specific allegation of demand of dowry is made against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

No.5486 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2015 petitioner is not a family members of the husband and in-laws of the deceased, he, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia at Bhagalpur in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No. 12 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
