Patna High Court MJC No.2736 of 2019(2) dt.24-07-2019 2/3 dated 08.07.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13440 of 2019, to the extent that the number of service appeal be modified from 219 of 2018 to 209 of 2018.

2. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that because of the wrong number of the service appeal having been given in the writ petition, the same folly has crept in the order dated 08.07.2019.

3. For the reasons stated in the application seeking modification of the order dated 08.07.2019, the prayer is allowed.

4. Let "Service Appeal No. 219 of 2018", as mentioned in the second and third line of paragraph 2 of the order dated 08.07.2019, be read as "Service Appeal No. 209 of 2018".

5. Since the order dated 08.07.2019 stands modified, the time for filing representation before the concerned respondent is also extended for a further period of four weeks to be counted from today.

6. The order dated 08.07.2019 stands modified accordingly.
