IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA

Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 12882 of 2010 ====================================================== Mostt. Asha Devi & Anr .... .... Petitioner/s

Versus

The State of Bihar & Ors .... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : None For the Respondent/s : AC to SC - 26 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2.

08-04-2017 On call, none appeared on behalf of petitioners either to press the petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. Learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 26, by way of referring to fact disclosed in the writ petition as well as counter affidavit, submits that the writ petition is fit to be rejected, purely on the ground of limitation. He submits that the employee died in the year 1985 and application for appointment on compassionate ground was filed much beyond the limitation period.

Be that as it may, since none appeared on behalf of petitioners, the writ petition stands dismissed due to nonprosecution. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
