Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks provisional bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 285 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for regular bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 3609 of 2019 which was rejected on 26.03.2019 with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within one year.

Provisional bail is sought for undergoing treatment as petitioner is suffering from various ailment. Court below has rejected petition for grant of provisional bail on medical ground

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48505 of 2019(2) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 as no such recommendation was made by either Jail Superintendent or Jail Doctor.

This Court is not inclined to grant provisional bail to petitioner, accordingly, his prayer for grant of provisional bail is rejected.
