JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that the informant's son went to watch the wheat crop in the night when in the morning he was found hanging with mango tree.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was lodged against unknown but subsequently, the informant raised suspicion against nine accused persons including the petitioner and considering the suspicious nature of accusation, other accused persons have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 29170 of 2014, 30729 of 2014 and 3722 of 2015. A statement has

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
