The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death due to non fulfillment of dowry demand. It is alleged against petitioners and coaccused Krishna Singh had strangulated to death to the sister of informant after administering poison. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are mother-in-law and father-inlaw of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50621 of 2022(2) dt.15-12-2022 2/2 against the petitioners. The petitioners live separately from the informant and they have no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the informant and her husband.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Kasba P.S.
