Having regard to the fact that the co-accused persons namely, Rajendra Singh, Rahul Kumar, Binod Singh, Pankaj Kumar, Manoji Kumar and Baua Kumar have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this Court by order dated 14.10.2014 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 25340 of 2014 and the allegation against the petitioner for alleged offences punishable under Sections-341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code is exactly similar, this Court in order to maintain parity would also direct that if the petitioner namely, Mantu Kumar, surrenders within a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38629 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 period of four weeks from today, he would be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Parawalpur P.S. Case No. 42/14 corresponding to G.R. No. 733 of 2014 subject to the conditions laid down under Section- 438 (2) Cr. P.C and also subject to the following conditions:- (i) That both the bailors will be close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how they are related with the petitioner. The bailors will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

(ii) That the petitioner will give an undertaking that he will receive the police papers on the given date and be present on the date fixed for charge and if he fails to do so on two given
