Patna High Court CWJC No.16011 of 2014 (2) dt.29-06-2015 2/2 CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 29-06-2015 The petitioner claims to be a social worker of Village Hardaspur in the District of Samastipur. He submitted a representation dated 24.10.2013 alleging that certain irregularities have taken place in the distribution of flood relief materials and the Mukhiya of the village has misappropriated the same. By referring to the same and other representation said to have been made by the villagers, the petitioner has filed this writ petition as a Public Interest Litigation with a prayer to direct the respondents to take action against the erring persons.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Anjani Kumar, learned AAG 6 for the respondents. Even from the materials made available by the petitioner, it is evident that the complaint was enquired into by the Sub Divisional Officer and further steps were taken in the year 2014 itself. That being the case, we find it difficult to grant any further relief to the petitioner.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. (L. Narasimha Reddy,CJ) (Sudhir Singh, J) mrl U
