Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 29.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64191 of 2019. Vide order dated 16.11.2022, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that charge has been framed and out of six chargesheeted witnesses, four witnesses have already been examined.

Considering the nature of accusation and progress of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of six months.
