The present application is for renewal of the prayer for anticipatory bail, which is not maintainable. The prayer for anticipatory bail made on behalf of the petitioner was earlier rejected, vide order dated 15.4.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No.48649 of 2014.

In view of the fact that the second application is not maintainable, the prayer is, thus, rejected.
