JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of committing dacoity in the petroleum dealership of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused have been acquitted vide S. Tr. No. 651 of 2003. Considering the fact that the case was instituted in the year 2002, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 151 of 2002

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5093 of 2015 (2) dt.06-02-2015 2/2 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
