On an application being filed by the petitioner before the Special Secretary, Social Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, Patna with a copy of this Order, the Special Secretary will examine as to why petitioner is not being relieved in so many months, despite a clear notification, issued by the department itself under his signature as far back as on 06.06.2014, contained in Annexure-1.
