JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-03-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40521 of 2015 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The matter has been placed under the heading 'For Admission' before this Court in view of the administrative order of Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice dated 04.03.2016 since the concerned Bench is not available due to medical exigency.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confines the prayer to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the ground mentioned in the modification application, period of surrender is extended by three weeks from the date of production/receipt of the copy of this order in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 71 of 2013 pending in the court of learned CJM, Aurangabad.
