The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Chandi P.S.Case No. 115 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the direct and specific allegation made in the FIR against co-accused Abhishek Kumar and Niraj Kumar that they opened fire causing multiple injury to the father of the informant, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner no.1, who is said to be the father of accused Abhishek Kumar and petitioner no.2, who is a co-villager, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each
