2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 127(1), 113(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109/352, 351(3), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons abused and assaulted informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to dispute over theft of goat, altercation took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. Allegation of abuse and assault is general and omnibus. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Patarghat P.S. Case No. 175 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
