This revision application has been filed against the acquittal of private Opposite Parties of the Charge under Section 307 Indian Penal Code and convicting them under Section(s) 147, 324/34 Indian Penal Code and also releasing them on the Probation of Offenders Act in Sessions Trial No.895 of 1995/552 of 2007 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.127 of 1992 by judgment dated 12.08.2010 passed by the 1st Assistant Sessions Judge, Barh, Patna. 2.
From the judgment of acquittal, I find that the Trial Court has considered the evidence in detail adduced on behalf of the prosecution and thereafter acquitted private Opposite Parties.

Hence, finding no merit in the application, it is dismissed.
