Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353,34 of the Indian Penal Code later on Sections 341,323 of I.P.C. was added and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act.

Country made pistol and live cartridge were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2019. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47243 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Amarpur Police Station Case No.33 of 2019, G.R.No.166 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
