The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sonepur P.S. Case No. 360 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner nos. 1 to 4 are vendors and the petitioner nos. 5 and 6 are purchasers. The informant alleged that petitioner no. 1 to 4 Manoj Rai, Sipahi Rai, Sukhdeo Rai and Nagendra Rai sold his land in favour of Indradeo Rai and Lalbabu Rai.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grand father of petitioner nos. 1 to 4 had two sons. The petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5770 of 2015 (2) dt.11-02-2015 nos. 1 to 4 are sons of one brother and the informant is the son of another brother.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the dispute appears to be of civil nature, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarge on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 360 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
