2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 447, 448, 323, 308, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 307 of the IPC was also added.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is said to have assaulted on the head of the father of the informant with iron rod. Doctor has found injury grievous in nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Both the parties are agnates. Petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.
