Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pasraha PS Case No.42 of 2018, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that one co-accused was apprehended with stolen motorcycle and leading to his confessional statement, other person were also found in possession of stolen motorcycle and in case of the petitioner he also leading to his confessional statement one stolen motorcycle was recovered and allegation is that a gang is indulged in stealing and disposing off the stolen motorcycles.

Submission is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated, he has clean antecedent and is in custody since
