JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 09.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51117 of 2015 for extending the period of surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioners confines the prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by three weeks form the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Palanva P.S. Case No. 81 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari.
The order dated 09.11.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7884 of 2016 (2) dt.09-11-2016 Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
The bail bonds of the petitioners shall be accepted by the learned court below on filing affidavit to the effect that since 09.11.2015 the petitioners have not been made accused in any other case.
