2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 25.07.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 29306 of 2019 by a coordinate Bench of this Court (Hon'ble Mr. Justice Vikash Jain, as he then was) to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of reasons assigned in paragraph - 4 of the petition, further six weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the Court below, subject to deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

4. Accordingly, order dated 25.07.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 29306 of 2019 is modified to the above extent and this petition is allowed.
