2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 103/2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is the father of the victim girl who was kidnapped and Simri Bazar P.S. Case No. 60/24 was registered. As a counter case, the present case has been filed.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of
