Taking into consideration that petitioner also participated in taking away the victim, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Jokihat P.S. case no. 161/2013 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
