JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-01-2019 There were two defects which were required to be removed by the appellant in S.A. No. 176 of 2016 within two weeks, in view of the order dated 22.10.2016, passed in the said case. One of the defects was removed, whereas the other defect i.e., filing of the certified copy of the trial court judgment could be removed beyond the time allowed by the Court. Considering the averments made in the restoration application, the same is allowed and S.A. No. 176 of 2016 is restored to its original file.
