2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 409, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment, as A.N.M., on the basis of forged and fabricated A.N.M. registration certificate.
4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that without any enquiry or notice to this petitioner, the certificate in question was declared forged and fabricated, but fact remains that after verification of documents by the concerned authority, the petitioner was appointed on said post. Moreover, Petitioner has already been removed from the service. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the fact that petitioner has already been removed from the service and he has got clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 202 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
