Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sultanganj PS Case No.151 of 2017, registered under Sections 302/109/120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that one UD case was instituted by the petitioner relating to death of her husband and later it was found that he died due to head injury and the further allegation is that all the property of the deceased was in the name of his wife and the deceased wanted to sell those properties and it was objected by his wife, so quarrel took place between them prior to the occurrence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the wife of the deceased and only contusion was

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Kanak Lata @ Kanak Lata Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Patna City in connection with Sultanganj PS Case No.151 of 2017.
