JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2022 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68337 of 2019, whereby petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had gone out of the State for earning his livelihood and due to that he could not surrender within the stipulated time. Considering the submissions and the grounds stated in the application, prayer for modification is allowed. The time granted for surrender is extended by another four weeks from today.
