JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 436, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of assaulting the informant with iron rod and setting the house of the informant on fire. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that out of two injuries, opinion with regard to one injury has been reserved when other injury has been found to be simple. The accusation of litting the house of the informant on fire has not been found true during investigation. There is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioner's side also received injuries. Considering the litigated relationship between the parties from before, let the above named petitioner be released on

No.5383 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Katihar (T) P.S. Case No. 687 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
