Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No.66 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 506, 337, 338, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. In view of the injury sustained by Tulsi Yadav who is said to have assaulted by petitioner no.1 and one Vinay Yadav,

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIII, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No.66 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
