2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379, 385, 387, 504, 506/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners damaged boundary wall of the informant and also demanded rangdari.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 is a Government teacher and petitioner no.2 is a business man . As a matter of fact, informant procured a fraudulent and collusive sale deed dated 10.2.2022 in the name of his wife for the land belonging to the petitioners Ramakant Singh and others. For the same land Title Suit No. 153 of 2001 is pending in the Court of Court of Sub Judge VI, Beguserai in which petitioners and other are plaintiffs and informant's wife and others are defendant. In order to put pressure, informant has filed the present case with false and fabricated accusation. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State as well as the

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Beguserai in Town Police Station Case No. 364 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
