JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner got appointed as a teacher on the basis of forged educational certificate. The petitioner's anticipatory bail application was earlier rejected by this Court.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if she surrenders within a period of six weeks keeping in view that the petitioner is a lady and it is claimed by the petitioner that she has never received any monitory benefits by virtue of alleged appointment, in connection with Joki Hat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 97 of 2008 pending in the court of
