The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 152 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.06.2019.

Referring to the prosecution case he submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he has induced the informant and obtained her LIC policy bond on the ground that he will see that cash credit is made available to the informant but after taking the bond paper petitioner has neither ensured cash credit nor returned back the bond paper.

No.44709 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the LIC policy is not transferably and the holders of the policy has exclusive right over the LIC policy and there is no question of cheating by this petitioner for any unlawful gain. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S.
