2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, co-accused Surendra Kumar Nirala tried to get the signature of Circle Officer, Ghanshyampur on a fake certificate in order to get Rural Area Certificate with respect to her daughter, which was needed for her admission in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. This petitioner is alleged to have filled up the form for co-accused Surendra Kumar Nirala.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is a teacher and runs a private coaching centre in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57820 of 2024(2) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 Darbhanga. Petitioner is only alleged to have filled up the form and he had no knowledge that the same was forged and fabricated. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Biraul at Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P. S. Case No. 196 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
