The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149/34, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/504 of the Indian Penal Code The accusation is of assault by dagger to the aunt of the informant by co-accused Bijli Matho whereas Raj Mohan Mahto caused injury to the father of the informant with arrow, accused Bijli Mahot snatched Rs.50,000/- and accused Amrit Lal Mahto snatched mobile of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the specific accusation of causing injury is not against the petitioners. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12804 of 2015 (2) dt.30-03-2015 2/2 that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No.505 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
