JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that during pendency of the instant application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of the order dated 17.09.2015 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Complaint Case No. 265(C) of 2015 by which the petitioners have been summoned to face trial for the offences punishable under Sections 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, the dispute between the parties has amicably been settled and since the case is compoundable in nature, this application has become infructuous.
