The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No.191 of 2020 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation in the F.I.R., while the informant was returning, it is stated that the three accused persons looted him on the point of pistol. He claims that he can identify the accused persons on seeing them again.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. His name transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused made before police. Inspite of being in custody since 30.4.2020, he has not been put on T.I. parade. The investigation in the case has

The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner together with the petitioner not having been put on T.I. parade in spite of being in custody for more than 1 year, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No.191 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka.
