Petitioner, already in custody seeks bail in Jakkanpur PS Case No. 165 of 2018, Special Case No. 36 of 2018, registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

The allegation in brief is that 350 grams of ganja was recovered from the Kiosk of Bhola Prasad, there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner, he was only standing in front of the shop, moreover he has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pramod Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur PS Case No. 165 of 2018, Special Case No. 36 of 2018.
