Petitioner, already in custody since 17.1.2018, seeks bail in Parbatta PS Case No. 410 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 366 and 34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of elopement, later on the girl returned back, she is major and she has not alleged that any sexual offence was committed against her. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Roushan Rajak is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Khagaria in connection with Parbatta PS Case No. 410 of 2017.
