The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Brahmpura P.S. Case No. 246 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 353 and some other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
One lady met with an accident on Mehdihasan Chowk and for that 300-400 people assembled and they blocked the road and they were burning the tires. The mob also committed loot in different shops of the vicinity.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is of course named in the FIR, but no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Other accused persons have already been granted bail.

No.5779 of 2015 (2) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is named in the FIR, but no specific allegation is made against the petitioner and the mob assembled on account of death of a lady in an accident, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Brahmpura P.S. Case No. 246 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
