Petitioner is accused in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 304 of 2019 registered under Sections 302/201/120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court on merit vide Cr. Misc. No. 82411 of 2019 on 28.05.2020.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the fresh ground of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2019. Further he submits that the charge has already been framed in the present case.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8743 of 2021(4) dt.07-04-2021 2/2 of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Patna City, Patna in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 304 of 2019.
