JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 17-03-2015 This writ petition is filed with a prayer to relax the age limits of the petitioners herein in the context of submitting applications for selection for the post of District Judge at Entry Level.
We dealt with the same issue in CWJC No. 1900 and
Patna High Court CWJC No.2502 of 2015 (3) dt.17-03-2015 2031 of 2015 and dismissed the writ petitions on 03.02.2015. We do not find any fresh ground urged in this writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
