2. Learned senior counsel, Mr. Amit Shrivastava, on instruction, submitted that balance amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs) to be paid to the petitioner has been paid on 27.01.2025. To that extent, he has furnished material that it is remitted through RTGS mode.

3. Taking note of the aforementioned submission, we proceed to drop the present proceedings. If the petitioner is
